This workshop is all about giving children space to move, play, express themselves and have fun, while naturally building confidence, focus and self-regulation skills along the way.
We'll get the energy out, explore some fun challenges, make something creative and finish with time to slow down and relax.
No previous yoga experience needed - just bring your child exactly as they are!
Suitable for all primary-aged children who enjoy movement, games, stories and creativity.
