Join us for another edition of Mindful Mixer: a casual, private event focused on creating space for reflection and encouraging connection through conversations about meaningful topics.
The topic for this session is “ATTENTION”: what we choose to focus on, what distracts us, and how these choices shape our lives. Through guided discussion, we’ll explore the role of the digital economy in competing for our focus, whether our attention spans are changing, and what this means for our ability to think, connect, and engage with the world around us. We’ll also examine how attention shapes our relationships, and why truly listening can feel increasingly rare. Finally, we’ll reflect on how we can become more intentional about where our attention goes, and how to protect it in a world constantly competing for it.

As always, we’ll prepare for you an evening filled with thought-provoking ideas and introspective questions to debate on - all we ask for is your enthusiasm in contributing to the conversation!
