Join us for our 7th Annual Mindful Miles Event - Saturday, October 10th
It's bigger than the run.
In support of World Mental health Day and De dwa da dehs nye>s Aboriginal Health Centre.
A morning of connection, mindfulness, and community with the crew and our friends at Mahtay Cafe. This special morning brings together trail running, meditation, great food, and fundraising for an incredible cause.
Schedule:
• 8:00AM - Optional guided meditation
• 8:30AM - Crew trail run along Twelve Mile Creek
• 9:30AM - Après-vibes back at Mahtay Cafe with delicious food, coffee, and our exciting prize raffle
For the 5th consecutive year, we're proud to support De dwa da dehs nye>s Aboriginal Health Centre with 100% of proceeds from raffle ticket sales and our 50/50 draw going directly to the centre.
We're honoured to partner once again with so many friends in independent local business who have generously donated all of our incredible prizes. Nothing but love to our hosts and longtime supporters, Mahtay Cafe, for making this morning possible.
Raffle Tickets:
• $5 per ticket
• $20 for 5 tickets
• $50 for 15 tickets + limited edition crew sticker
Participation is free - raffle tickets optional. Ticket holders need not be present to win.
