About this Event
A gentle, creative session where children will explore the calming world of mandalas through playful mixed‑media art. Using drawing, painting, collage, and simple mark‑making, they’ll experiment with pattern, colour, and texture to create their own unique mandala artwork.
A mandala is a circular design made up of repeating shapes, lines, and patterns. They appear in nature — like flowers, tree rings, and sunbursts — and in many cultures around the world as symbols of balance, calm, and connection. Children will learn how these simple repeating elements can help them focus, slow down, and enjoy the soothing rhythm of making.
This workshop offers a peaceful space to notice, explore, and enjoy the joy of creating — nurturing confidence, curiosity, and connection along the way.
No materials are required. Aprons will be provided but old clothes are recommended.
