Relax and draw
All abilities welcome. Continue your practice or try something new, here's your chance to jump in at which ever point you are.
Inspiring, creative, relaxing space to unwind after your day, a mid week break.
Mixture of short and long dynamic poses
Typical evening will start with 3 x 5 min poses, followed by 2 x 20 min poses - a break - then 30 - 40 mins, ending with some short 1-5 min poses.
Letgo Life Drawing promotes the freedom of drawing - a natural way of practising mindfulness.
By drawing you've focused you attention on the present moment.
Letgo Life Drawing originated at the Black Dove and has been running every Wednesday since feb 2014 plus at other events across Sussex and beyond including bespoke party's.
Novice, new comer and old hands from all walks of life are welcomed to a relaxed and inspiring environment to draw freely at your own pace.
Develop new techniques or relax in the moment and the mark making. Forget about everything else for a couple of hours because you need it.
