Lil’ Light Beanz: Chakras in NatureJoin us every Thursday from 10:30–11:30 AM for a seven-week Little Light Beanz journey through the chakra system, connecting our inner energy with the natural world around us.
Each week, we’ll explore a different chakra through plants, nature, movement, creativity, mindfulness, sensory activities, and playful spiritual education. Children will learn how the qualities of each chakra can relate to things they experience every day—like feeling grounded, expressing themselves, building confidence, connecting with others, and trusting their inner knowing.
We’ll begin with the Root Chakra on October 1 and journey upward through all seven chakras, finishing with the Crown Chakra on November 12.
October 1 — Root Chakra: Grounding, safety & connection to Earth
October 8 — Sacral Chakra: Creativity, emotions & flow
October 15 — Solar Plexus: Confidence, courage & personal power
October 22 — Heart Chakra: Love, kindness & connection
October 29 — Throat Chakra: Communication, expression & listening
November 5 — Third Eye Chakra: Awareness, intuition & observation
November 12 — Crown Chakra: Connection, wonder & something greater
This series is designed to help little ones discover that spirituality doesn’t have to be complicated—it can be found in a seed growing in the soil, the sound of the wind, a flower opening, a deep breath, a kind heart, and the wonder of simply being alive.
