Spring has sprung! Join us for a chance to bask in nature in the heart of Dilworth while dropping into mindful connection. We are always mindful of something. In this relational meditation practice, we bring our awareness to the quality of our connection.
Relatefulness is also an embodiment practice. So you are invited to not just notice your experience, but also step into more of what is alive together.
This practice can be especially powerful when we include nature as a fellow practitioner, letting ourselves bring presence to the ways we are connecting with the trees, birds, animals, and each other (we're animals too!)
Over the course of one hour, we will connect with a mix of open group conversations and guided activities.
This experience is open to anyone curious about connecting more deeply with themselves or others, no previous experience required.
đź’¬ How has this practice impacted our community?
“Training being better at loving and being loved… I can’t think of anything more important than that.”
“Relatefulness helps me step into the flow of life, and out of living in my head. It supports me to live in more heartful, embodied, and integrated ways.”
“I first started coming for professional development. But I kept coming for the community and connection.”
“This practice has really helped me more lovingly hold my own discomfort, which has greatly expanded my ability to be with others’ discomfort.”
“Getting to be with how we affect others. When you share how I impact you, it shines a light on how my way of being ripples out into the world.”
