Mindful Art: Yoga Breathing and Meditation

Each month an all-levels wellness class takes place in the Museum’s galleries. This month we will be joined by certified, local instructor Kim Bostwick, who will lead a beginner-friendly session in meditation and yoga breathing techniques. Please bring a yoga mat and an open, creative mind. Registration required. FREE for members / $12 for nonmembers, includes admission.
