About this Event
What if you didn’t need the right words to express how you feel?
Join Jenny B Hawaii and Dr. Gaby for a creative, mindful experience where art becomes a way to explore what’s happening within. Through color, shapes, textures, and creative play, you’ll have space to slow down, tune in, and express yourself without judgment.
This is not about creating perfect art. It’s about giving yourself permission to explore, feel, and create.
What to Expect
- Guided creative self-expression
- Art as a tool for reflection and exploration
- A judgment-free space to play with color and creativity
- Mindful moments to slow down and tune in
- Connection with yourself and others
No art experience is needed. Come curious, come as you are, and let your creativity speak.
