At a time where mental health is crucial, people are finding more barriers to care. our Mind Over Miles 5k raises is raising funds for FREE/Low Cost mental health services through Creative Counseling's GAP TO GROWTH program. This program provides a quality internship site for graduate students in mental health while they provide services in our Ames office.
This is sure to be a FUN 3.1 mile morning. The shotgun start for this chip timed 5k is at 8am. There is also a kids run. At $40 for registration, this is one of the easiest (AND FUN) ways to raise money for mental health.
