Mind, Body & Soul Mini Retreat
Escape the pace of London and join us for a luxurious 3-hour mini retreat designed to reset your mind, body, and spirit.
Through Pilates, meditation, journaling, Reiki, and intuitive card guidance, this calming and soulful experience invites you to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and leave feeling grounded, inspired, and restored.
Limited to just 14 guests to keep the experience intimate.

On the day you'll be guided by Olivia, Shala and Leonora.
Olivia is a trained mat and reformer pilates instructor, Akashic records reader and psychic.
Leonora is our meditation guru - she's all about nervous system regulation and finding balance amidst the hustle and bustle of city life.
Shala is our Reiki expert, who brings a powerful state of calm and healing to her work.
By the end of the day we want you to leave feeling peaceful and grounded in mind, body and spirit.
