Mind & Body Alignment: Emotional Awareness and Yin Yoga
Join us for an immersive experience designed to reconnect your inner emotional landscape with your physical body. Mind & Body Alignment is a two-part journey that begins with an engaging emotional awareness workshop and flows into a deeply grounding yin yoga practice.
In the first half, a skilled somatic psychotherapist will guide you through an interactive workshop focused on building emotional awareness and regulation. Through gentle reflection, body-based techniques, and guided exercises, you’ll learn how to recognize, process, and work with your emotions in a more intentional and supportive way.
Following the workshop, a calming yin yoga session led by an experienced instructor will invite you to slow down, release tension, and let go of stored emotional energy within the body. Through long-held, passive stretches and mindful breathing, you’ll create space for integration, grounding, and renewal.
