MONDAY, NOVEMBER 2 AND MONDAY, NOVEMBER 9 · 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM ON BOTH DAYS. One ticket covers both sessions. Attendance on both days is required.
Palms Fashion is bringing John Carlo — Global Education Lead for StyleCraft and Gamma+ — to New York City for an intensive two-day master class built for working barbers and stylists who want to sharpen what they already do well.
This is not a demo you watch from the back of a room. Both days are hands-on.

Nov 2nd, Monday: Day One — Foundation and Control
- Tool mastery: setup, maintenance, and getting the most out of your clippers and trimmers
- Fade structure: reading head shape and building your guideline
- Sectioning and blueprint work
- Guided hands-on execution with direct feedback
Nov 9th, Monday: Day Two — Precision and Finish
- Advanced fading: tight transitions and blend control
- Texture work and detailing
- Finishing techniques that hold up in the chair
- Full haircut execution, start to finish

YOUR INSTRUCTOR
John Carlo is the Global Education Lead for StyleCraft and Gamma+, teaching barbers and stylists internationally. He built the original curriculum this program is drawn from, and he is teaching both days personally.
