About this Event
Miss the days of dancing all night, making fast friends on the dance floor, and waking up with sore feet and a full heart but don't miss the late nights? Us too!
You're not alone and we've got just the thing.
Introducing: the dance party for grown-ups who still love to move, but also love their sleep.
Follow along and get a sweat to some of your favourite songs from the 2000s. A workout class where it doesn’t matter if you get it right or wrong, just as long as you move your body and have a good time.
Join us for an evening of music, connection, and good vibes - no heels, no hangovers (well that is up to you), and no pressure (guaranteed). Just great beats, great people, and an energy that feels like a club... you may get sweaty but there are no lineups and sticky floors.
