** Be sure to register for FREE via the ticket link!The Rumina Center is excited to host a brand new support group- Milk & Cookies hour- Free for the whole community! Walk-in's welcome!! No registration needed, but it is preferred if possible so we know a rough number of attendees.
An inclusive, safe, place to come and hang out with other parents who are as sleep deprived as you are! Having a new baby can be isolating and humans are a social and story-telling species! Join other parents who are doing their best to navigate the waters of infant parenting.
Join LeeAnn Fincham, IBCLC and chat about all kinds of common challenges parents face every day! Topics include feeding, diapering, sleep, support systems, self-care (self-what?), joys and hopes, frustrations and challenges and any feelings and experiences of the parenting journey. You will find that you are not alone, that like-minded folks are all around you.
We will have scales available for parents wanting to do a weighted feed as well!
We will meet from 2pm to 3pm at the Severna Park Rumina Center on the 2nd and 4th Friday's of each month. We will be serving cookies at each support group.
Our support groups are now in person at the Rumina Center, can't wait to see you there!
We are located off Ritchie Highway, behind Severna Park Bowling Lanes. You'll turn right just past the bowling alley, then take your next right behind the bowling alley, we are in Suite 17, just over halfway down the building.
