Widely regarded as one of the worlds top modern acoustic guitarists, Dawes has earned accolades such as being named Best Acoustic Guitarist in the World by Total Guitar Magazine in 2017 and 2018. His viral success began with a solo guitar arrangement of Gotyes Somebody That I Used to Know, which garnered millions of views. He has continued to captivate audiences with performances of songs like One, The Impossible, and Jump.Dawes has collaborated with renowned artists including Tommy Emmanuel, with whom he recorded Accomplice Vol. 3, and the GRAMMY-nominated band Periphery.
