I'm a registered midwife with nearly **40 years of experience**, and I've created these classes for new moms who want so much more than just baby massage.
Becoming a parent is one of the most wonderful experiences in the world... but let's be honest, it can also feel overwhelming at times.
That's why my classes are just as much about **looking after you** as they are about your baby.
Yes, you'll learn beautiful baby massage techniques that can help soothe colic, support digestion, encourage relaxation and strengthen your bond with your little one.
