Join us for the November Midwest Reiki Exchange, a monthly gathering created exclusively for Reiki practitioners to connect, continue learning, receive healing & grow alongside one another in community.Each month features a unique teaching followed by guided Reiki exchanges, creating a supportive space to deepen your practice while also allowing yourself to receive.
🧹 November Theme: Energy Hygiene
As Reiki practitioners, we spend a lot of time learning how to work with energy, but learning how to care for our own energy, our healing tools & the spaces we practice within is just as important.
This month, Boston Sommer will share a short teaching on Energy Hygiene & simple practices for maintaining a clean energetic field.
Together, we'll explore energy hygiene through three areas:
✨ Yourself- Cleansing your personal energetic field & releasing residual energy
✨ Your Tools- Cleansing the tools you use within your Reiki practice
✨ Your Environment- Clearing stagnant or residual energy from the spaces where you live, practice & work with others
We'll also explore simple cleansing practices you can incorporate into your Reiki practice & everyday life to support energetic cleanliness.
Following the teaching, we'll move into Reiki exchanges, allowing time to both give & receive healing within our community.
Midwest Reiki Exchange is designed for Reiki practitioners who want to:
