Midwest Leadership Summit 2027

Join pastors and ministry leaders from across the Midwest for three days of practical insight, encouragement, and connection. Learn from leaders who are faithfully navigating the unique challenges of Southern Baptist ministry in the Midwest, where the work can be difficult, the culture can be challenging, and the mission is more important than ever.

With 12 ministry tracks and more than 70 breakouts, there’s something for pastors, staff, and ministry leaders at every stage of ministry.

• $50 registration fee: Each attendee must register and pay the $50 fee.
• Hotel: Rooms are double occupancy to maximize the number of BCI church leaders who can attend.
• Spouses: If your spouse is attending, they must register separately and pay the $50 fee.
• Age: Attendees must be 18 or older.
• Non-refundable: BCI is required to cover hotel room costs whether they are occupied or not, so registration fees are non-refundable. If you aren't able to attend, consider "gifting" your registration to another leader in your church.
• Primary Registration Deadline: October 1. After October 1, any remaining tickets will be opened publicly to other BCI leaders.
