Step away from the pace of the week and give yourself space to unwind.
Midweek Unwind is a monthly fall and spring series created to help you pause, reconnect, and move through the season with greater ease. Each gathering offers another opportunity to put down what you have been carrying and return to yourself through movement, music, and rest.
Join Jasmine and Kat, founders of Meant to Live, on the beautiful outdoor turf at Legacy Union for an immersive silent disco experience featuring gentle movement, deep stretching, and guided relaxation.
We’ll begin with a slow, accessible flow before settling into longer stretches designed to release tension from the body. The experience will close with guided meditation and stillness.
Silent disco headphones allow you to tune out the surrounding noise and become more present with yourself, the music, and the moment.
No previous movement experience is needed. Come exactly as you are.
What to Bring
- Yoga or movement mat or blanket

- An optional light layer for the evening

Weather Plan
Midweek Unwind is planned for the outdoor turf at Legacy Union.
If rain or cooler weather makes an outdoor gathering less comfortable, the experience will move indoors to the spacious lobby of the 600 building at Legacy Union. Registered guests will receive a weather and location update before the event.
Parking
Several parking options are available near Legacy Union:
- Uptown street parking: Metered spaces may be available within walking distance. Please check posted signs, time limits, and payment requirements.
- Mint Museum parking: The Levine Center for the Arts garage is a nearby option within a short walking distance of Legacy Union. Discounted flat rate after 5pm
- Legacy Union parking lot: Available for evening entry after 5:00 PM, with exit required by 3:00 AM. Rates are $10 for the first hour and $3 for each additional 20 minutes.
Parking availability and rates may vary. Please allow extra time to park and navigate Uptown’s one-way streets and nearby I-277 traffic
