Take a pause in the middle of your week to reconnect, reset, and move your body with intention. This Wednesday yoga class offered by Jessica Riggin is a thoughtfully guided vinyasa flow designed to help you release stress, build strength, and come back home to yourself.

Combining breathwork, mindful movement, and moments of stillness—supportive for all levels, with options to challenge yourself or soften where needed. Whether you’re brand new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, this class offers a welcoming space to move, breathe, and feel good in your body. You’ll leave feeling more centered, relaxed, and deeply connected — both within yourself and to the shared energy of community.
