Join us for an intimate evening of movement, connection and deep relaxation as Coastal Women’s Club collaborates with Mona Niko Gallery for Midnight Ritual — a luxe Halloween-inspired wellness experience blending Yoga, Pilates and Sound Bath.
Set against a beautiful gallery backdrop, we’ll move through an intentional yoga flow, energize with Pilates and close the evening with a deeply grounding sound bath.
Come dressed in your Dark & Elevated best — think black, burgundy, deep plum and sophisticated Halloween details. Costumes are welcome, but never required.
