Under the quiet glow of midnight, this yoga class invites you into a three-phase flow inspired by the guṇa-s—sattva (clarity), rajas (activity), and tamas (rest). Through intentional movement and breath, you’ll journey from gentle activation into deep stillness, allowing the nervous system to unwind naturally. As the clock strikes midnight, settle into a guided meditation, where the body softens and the mind becomes spacious. You’ll leave feeling light yet grounded, attuned to your natural rhythms, and ready to drift effortlessly into restful sleep.
Thesis Workshops are the final teaching component of Moksha Yoga’s 9-mo. Teacher Training program. Donations are given to the teacher's chosen charity.
