🥾 6 miles 🥾 Moderate 🥾 Leader: Nikki 🥾Join us for a 6 mile walk at Bishop Wilton followed by our Annual Meeting.
We head out of the village and follow Bishop Wilton Beck to Meltonby, once we reach Meltonby we have a short section of road before we start our main ascent of the walk up to Givendale. At Givendale we pick up the Minster Way and walk back along the tops to Bishop Wilton. On a clear day you have stunning views of the Vale of York. We have a steepish decent back down into the Village where we will make our way back to the village hall.

🚻 Toilets available at the village hall before the walk
🐶 Dogs are welcome on the walk but must remain on leads. Dogs are not allowed in the village hall so you must be comfortable to leave you dog in a well ventilated car if attending the annual meeting after the walk.
🥪 Please bring along a packed lunch to enjoy in the village hall. The village has a shop which we will pass at the end of the walk which sells sandwiches and takeaway hot drinks.
Midlife Hikers is a Ramblers group for people in their 40s and 50s, and our walks are led by volunteers. Non-members are welcome to try us out for free for up to 3 walks but then we ask you to join the Ramblers
