This a patrol along the section of the Cleveland Way, as part of the Cleveland Way Adoption Scheme (CWAS).⚠️ This is a CWAS patrol rather than one of our normal walks so places are limited – if you would like to get involved, then you can book your place by emailing [email protected]
We will be walking from Hayburn Wyke to Scalby Mills, inspecting the path, picking up litter, and doing minor maintenance work such as pruning undergrowth. The path is along the clifftops with some short but steep ascents and descents (mostly steps).
🅿️ Free car park at Scalby Mills (Sea Life Centre), Scarborough, YO12 6RP
We will then take some cars to Hayburn Wyke, where we start the patrol, finishing back at Scalby Mills. Please be prepared to give others a lift at the start or end of the day.
🥪 If there is interest, we can go for a late lunch (or just join us for a drink) at the Hayburn Wyke Inn after the patrol.
