Based on People Styles at Work and Beyond by Dorothy Grover Bolton and Robert Bolton, this course explores the four main personality styles and how recognizing them can improve communication, strengthen relationships, and enhance interactions with both patients and team members.

Attendees will learn how to:

1. Identify the four main personality styles and recognize their own
2. Quickly assess personality styles in others
3. Understand the extremes of each personality style and how they affect others
4. Understand how each style responds under primary and secondary backup
5. Recognize personality style subsets for more accurate assessment
6. Work toward "the center" to build stronger, more effective relationships
7. Apply these concepts to everyday patient and staff interactions
