A free-form "fix it together" session. Bring your wider Copilot issues or specific agent problems and we'll work through them as a group, covering agent basics where useful.
18:00-18:30 - Copilot news and updates
Ben Lee, Microsoft MVP and Head Nerd at N-able, Lyndsay Ansell, Community Manager at Empowering.Cloud, and Rob Quickenden, Chief Technology Officer at Cisilion and Microsoft MVP, will cover the latest Copilot need-to-know news.
18:30-19:00 - Copilot, Cowork, auto and costs
A discussion-led look at a real-world conundrum: Copilot and Cowork consumption and credits, model selection, what "auto" actually means, cost versus model quality, whether you really need the newest model for every task, and the governance challenge of controlling model use.
19:00-19:45 - Centrica's Copilot adoption journey
Bill Compton, Head of Digital Adoption at Centrica, will share how Centrica has run its Copilot adoption, the initiatives they've run, how it has grown, and the lessons they've learnt.Come to share your Copilot knowledge, learn from others, and network with other community members.
