Centering Healthcare Institute is delighted to invite you to a Centering Consortium in Lansing, MI, on September 17th from 12 PM to 4:30 PM. The Consortium will take place at the Lansing Center in Rooms 201 and 202.
The consortium is a great opportunity to foster site networking, promote peer sharing and learning, build awareness of CHI institutional updates, and receive support from your dedicated Centering Advisor, Isadora Martinez.
The consortium will be held from 12 PM to 4:30 PM. The agenda includes:
- CHI's first recruitment and enrollment workshop, which you'll have the opportunity to experience as the first Centering champions!
- A billing and coding presentation
- An introduction to a new community platform for Michigan sites.
Lunch will be provided; please indicate any dietary restrictions when you register
Additionally, if you want to spend a full day with us, there is the opportunity to attend an event before the Consortium in the same location. The event, "Reimagining Prenatal Care In Michigan: The Centering Model", takes place from 8:30 – 10:45 a.m. ET The information shared is geared more towards individuals who are less familiar with Centering and CHI and will include remarks from policymakers and sites, a patient panel, and a live demo of a Centering group. The event will include a continental breakfast. It will also be livestreamed and available to the public (so feel free to share the livestream with others who you think should know more about Centering). Registration is required for in-person attendance, and we encourage you to register for the livestream option if you can't attend in person.
