An afternoon of original music rooted deep in the traditional bluegrass and Honky Tonk tradition, hosted by the James Reynolds House Foundation. Michael is a Kentucky native Currently fronting his Band Crunchgrass Supreme. An artist in the Common Loon record label corral. Formally touring and recording with Special Consensus. Michael’s soulful singing, songwriting, and playing is a welcome addition to the bluegrass canon rooted firmly in the classic tradition but with a modern sensibility.
Jack Holland, Boston Boy, Berklee educated musician also rooted in the trad camp. He is a solid and in demand sideman.
These two combine the sensibilities of the Kentucky and Northeast bluegrass scene. A $20.00 donation is suggested.
