Join and Barnes & Noble Philadelphia on Wednesday, July 15th at 6pm at Barnes & Noble Philadelphia (1708 Chestnut Street) for a discussion of , a gorgeous guide using 326 works from around the world, arranged by 13 simple “four—letter” weaving words—from “size” to “yarn” to “woad”—to help weavers and others see how each one affects the finished tapestry.
The event will also include a live weaving demonstration by author and tapestry artist Micala Sidore!

General Admission Ticket ***LIMITED QUANTITY AVAILABLE:
- Registering for a General Admission Ticket guarantees entrance to the event for the discussion and signing.
- Seating: Limited quantity is available and will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Standing Room-Only: Limited quantity is available and will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis. In the event all seating is filled, ticket holders will be granted a standing view from behind the seated audience -- some views may be more limited/obstructed than others.

ABOUT Micala Sidore
Micala Sidore runs Hawley Street Tapestry Studio in Northampton, Massachusetts, where she weaves tapestries and gives workshops. She has woven and exhibited tapestries for over 45 years. She studied at the renowned Manufacture Nationale des Gobelins in Paris and she lectures and teaches throughout the world.
