Join the MIBOR Northside Division for our October meeting and a conversation with Dana Duncan of Tucker and Chase Haller, Section Chief of the Homeowners Protection Unit.
Our guest speakers will discuss the work and mission of the Homeowners Protection Unit, along with current housing issues affecting our communities, including:
- New construction issues
- Rental and landlord concerns
- Homeowner and housing issues
- How real estate brokers can help support the Unit’s mission
This will be an opportunity to better understand the issues impacting homeowners and housing, ask questions, and learn how brokers can be a resource and partner in the community.
