STEP 2: Contact us with your full reservation name, event date, and total number of guests to confirm your booking.
STEP 3: Arrive early for check-in and pay your remaining balance there.
STEP 4: Board the yacht and enjoy an unforgettable Miami Premier Yacht Party!
IMPORTANT: Your Eventbrite ticket represents a reservation deposit only, not full payment for the event. The remaining balance is collected directly by the event operator at check-in.

RAIN OR SHINE EVENT
Our Miami Yacht Party operates rain or shine, subject to safe weather and marine conditions.
In the event of severe weather, unsafe boating conditions, or operational restrictions, the event may be delayed, rescheduled, or canceled at the discretion of the captain or event operator.
⚠️ IMPORTANT EVENT RULES & CONDITIONS
- Age Requirement: All guests must be 21 years of age or older.
- Valid ID Required: A physical, government-issued photo ID, such as a driver's license or passport, is mandatory.
- Deposit Only: Eventbrite tickets cover the reservation deposit, not the full admission price.
- Cash Payment: All remaining balances must be paid in cash at check-in.
- Check-In: Guests must arrive within the designated check-in period. Late arrivals may be denied boarding.
- Vessel Changes: The assigned yacht may be substituted based on operational requirements or availability.
- Schedule Adjustments: Departure times, boarding times, and event schedules are subject to change with notice.
- Location Changes: The check-in or departure location may change. Guests will be notified accordingly.
- Admission Policy: Management reserves the right to refuse admission in accordance with applicable laws and safety requirements.
- Prohibited Items: Drugs, weapons, and other prohibited items are strictly forbidden.
- Guest Conduct: Excessively intoxicated or disruptive guests may be denied boarding or removed without a refund.
- Outside Food & Drinks: Outside food and alcoholic beverages are not permitted.
- Safety Compliance: All guests must follow instructions from the captain, crew, and event staff.
- Event Duration: Cruise duration is approximate and may vary due to weather, marine traffic, or operational conditions.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. RESERVATION DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE, except as expressly stated below or required by applicable law.
