Mandatory Boarding Fee: A $10 cash-only boarding fee per person will be collected at check-in. This fee is NOT included in your online ticket purchase and must be paid in cash upon arrival. Guests who fail to pay this mandatory fee will be denied boarding without a refund.

All Sales Final: All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges. Ticket prices may increase based on availability and demand.

Late Arrivals: The boat departs on schedule and cannot wait for late guests. Missed departures are non-refundable.

All ages allowed. All guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in. No exceptions.

• Guests 21+: Will receive a wristband allowing alcoholic beverage service.
• Guests Ages under 21yo: Will receive a different colored wristband and may enjoy non-alcoholic beverages.
• Strict Alcohol Policy: Alcohol will not be served to anyone under 21 or without the appropriate wristband.

Important Traffic Advisory: Downtown Miami experiences extremely heavy traffic, road closures, and parking delays on New Year's Eve. We strongly recommend arriving early to avoid missing the boat.

Rideshare Recommended: Uber and Lyft are strongly encouraged. Please celebrate responsibly and do not drink and drive.
