- A Boating License is required for anyone born after January 1, 1988 ( according to Florida state law). Including in price
- Parents accompanying minors (driver or passenger) under 18 years of age must show proof of identity and sign the waiver at check-in.
- Minors (driver or passenger) under 16 must be accompanied by an adult on the jet ski.
- 0-3 Years Old : Cannot ride a Jet Ski
- 4-13 Years Old : Cannot drive a Jet Ski. Can Be a passenger on a Jet Ski if accompanied by an adult.
- 14-17 Years Old : Can drive or be a passenger on a jet ski if accompanied by an adult.
- 18+ Years Old : Can drive or be a passenger on a Jet Ski.E
- Each Jet Ski has a weight capacity limit of 300lb (~136 kg)
- Must bring an ID, driver license or passport.
- Customers have to be at the location 20 min prior departure time. Parking is tough in the area, especially on weekends, please plan accordingly.
