About this Event
This is a 5K run club in Miami Beach. Come with friends, get fit, have fun, and spend the evening on the beach instead of in your head. We start in Miami Beach next to Muscle Beach. Park at the municipal garage at 1301 Collins Avenue, Miami Beach, FL 33139. It is cheap city parking, usually around one or two dollars an hour, so getting there is easy and you are not burning money before the run even starts. We meet, we run the 5K together, then we sit down for a deep seminar on how to lock in permanent magnetic confidence. The run comes first. Body moving. Crew around you. Ocean air. You get out of the loop your brain likes to run when you are still and overthinking. Then I take you through the real material. You were born with confidence. Life trained it out of you. Your subconscious decides if a social situation is safe, and if it says no, your charisma, your presence, and your childlike joy get locked down. You cannot will that open. Affirmations do not open it. The RAS does, and only when it gets proof that you are safe in public. That is how confidence becomes magnetic and stays. You leave having run Miami Beach with people, parked cheap at 1301 Collins, and gotten the download that explains why you disappear in some places and come alive in others. Friends. Fitness.
