Reservation Policy:
Every guest must have a reserved before riding the ATVs. For questions regarding your reservation, please call 1(800)933-0342
Weather Policy:
The ATVs will continue rain or shine. We all know the weather can be unpredictable. As we strive to make sure your adventure with us is the best it can be, sometimes we do have to deal with the issue inclement weather. If we cancel your trip due to any inclement weather issues, we will be in contact with you as soon as possible to work with you to either reschedule your trip or issue a full refund.
Refund Policy:
All bookings and tickets are final sale and cannot be exchanged or refunded. In the case of an event or service cancellation without a rescheduled date, a full refund will be automatically issued to each patron on the credit card used to purchase. By purchasing a ticket or booking a service, you agree to this purchase policy.
