An exclusive five-course Mexican menu, cooked by chef Jack Hancock, with live music by Mexican musician, Guillermo Monroy. Starting at 8.30pm, guests will enjoy a five-course dinner and a live set by guitarist and singer, Guillermo.
Having just returned from a month travelling around Mexico, chef Jack has designed a menu that brings together the flavours and techniques that he discovered along the way. A light, fresh take on Mexcian food; his menu combines the deep, rich flavours of the country's cuisine, which he has adapted to suit his own clean, contemporary style – developed during his time at the Michelin-starred Trinity (Clapham) and cooking alongside Jackson Boxer.
