WHAT IS METTA MEDITATION?
Metta, or Loving Kindness Meditation, is a calming practice that focuses on sending compassion and well wishes to yourself and others. This meditation can help reduce stress, quiet self-criticism, improve emotional balance, and create a deeper sense of connection and peace.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
This experience begins with a guided Metta meditation followed by a deeply restorative sound bath using Tibetan singing bowls, crystal quartz bowls, chimes, and other soothing instruments. The sound waves help calm the nervous system and invite the body into a restful, meditative state.
You’ll leave feeling grounded, open-hearted, and deeply relaxed.
WHAT TO BRING:
• Comfortable clothing
• Water bottle
Blankets, bolsters, mats, and eye masks will be provided to help you fully relax, though you’re welcome to bring your own favorite cozy items if you prefer.
PRICING: $45
Come as you are and allow yourself space to slow down, receive, and reconnect. 💜
