Metro on the Move – How to Do Business with Us
Where Small Businesses Meet Metro Opportunity
The Los Angeles Metropolitan Transportation Authority (Metro) along with its Diversity & Economic Opportunity Department (DEOD) proudly announces one of its signature events, Metro on the Move – How to Do Business with Us.
This interactive workshop provides small businesses with the tools and information needed to successfully engage with Metro. Learn about Metro’s Certification Programs (SBE & DVBE), the Small Business Program Initiative, the Contractor Development Bonding Program, and how to navigate the Metro Vendor Portal to access current and upcoming opportunities. For this event, we are inviting Prime Contractors currently working on active Metro contracts that impact various parts of the San Gabriel Valley. This creates a valuable opportunity for small businesses to connect directly with project teams operating in their region, gain insight into upcoming San Gabriel Valley-based work, and begin building relationships that can lead to subcontracting opportunities.
Presented in collaboration with business chambers helping bring Metro resources directly to the San Gabriel Valley business community.
