On November 6, PRO DANCE Studios is bringing Metro Moves to Wilshire/Fairfax for a one-day-only salsa pop-up!
Join us for a free outdoor salsa class followed by social dancing at the Metro D Line station. Take a break from your usual routine, meet your neighbors, and spend part of your day moving to the music.
New to salsa? You’re in the right place. Our instructors will guide you through the basics and help you feel comfortable joining in.
No experience necessary. No partner required. Come on your own or bring a friend.

Metro Station Activation
Presented in collaboration with LA Metro as part of an initiative to activate public spaces and create new opportunities for community engagement across the city.
By hosting cultural and wellness-focused events at Metro stations, this program reimagines transit hubs as places not only for travel—but also for community connection, creativity, and shared experiences.
A New Color of Wellness
This event is also part of “,” an initiative by PRO DANCE Studios exploring the role of movement, music, and social connection in supporting physical and mental wellbeing. Co-founders Iaroslav Bieliei and Liliia Bieliei, a local small-business owners and dance educators, work with the PRO DANCE team and community partners to create welcoming opportunities for neighbors to move, connect, and enjoy their city together.
Dance is one of the most powerful ways to relieve stress, improve coordination, boost mood, and bring people together.
Through programs like Metro Moves, PRO DANCE Studios aims to make dance more accessible and introduce more people across Los Angeles to the joy and wellness benefits of partner dancing.
