I will reserve and pay for the party bus. If people could throw some money my way on 10/8, that would be awesome! But, not necessary. * Maybe like 15-20 dollars per person. It would be a one hour rental. Im planning on having it pick us up from Bellagio. Then maybe go to the liquor store, one lap down the strip, then drop us off at Sphere. There's currently 114 people in the group as of 7/29. I don't wanna get a bus this big obviously. It would be hundreds and hundreds! I'm not that big of a baller. 30 people or less is what I would be comfortable paying upfront. This will be somewhat difficult logistics wise, but I think we can figure it out together.
I need to book this in advance. If we get more than 30 people confirmed I will switch the meet up to Carnival Court by Harrahs.
I'm thinking I would reserve the bus by 9/15/2026, at the latest. I would need to know if you're plan on attending this event by clicking "going". I would also need to know how many would be in your party by 9/15/2026. If we reach the cutoff of 28-30 people and you show up without clicking going. You simply would not be able to ride along, unless there's room on the bus.
We have a couple months to figure this out. I think we can do that in the amount of time given.
I can also set up a normal Meet Up at a bar or different location for those not interested in the party bus.
