About this Event
Unleash your inner warrior with Mz Kval—an empowering yoga flow with the raw intensity of metal.
Whether you’re a metalhead, a yogi, or darkly inquisitive, Mz Kval creates a space where movement meets music, and mindfulness gets LOUD. Step onto the mat, release your spirit, and discover the power of yoga like never before.
The energy is electric, the community is inclusive, and the practice is both challenging and deeply liberating. Each session encourages you to let go of inhibitions, embrace your authentic self, and discover the balance between chaos and serenity.
Guided by the ethereal Mz Kval, you’ll move through triumphant flows designed to build strength, release tension, and ignite your inner fire, all set to the soundtrack of crushing riffs and thunderous beats.
The playlist is curated from the vast landscape of vintage & new metal- from sludge to high energy...from classics to obscure.
