About this Event
This International Men's Day, men from across Regina are gathering for one honest night.
Most men answer "how are you?" with "fine," no matter what's really going on. This is a night to set that down. We'll sit together in small circles, each led by a local men's leader, and talk about what's actually happening in our lives: the good, the hard, and the things we don't usually say out loud.
Hosted by Sacha Wolfson, Sundance Robson and Brad Sukarukoff of Sphere of the Sacred Man, this evening is for men of all ages and backgrounds. You don't need any experience with men's circles. You don't need to share more than you want. Just come as you are.
You'll leave feeling heard, a little more grounded, and reminded that you don't have to carry everything alone.
What to expect
We open together as one room, then break into small circles of six to eight men, each guided by a local leader. We close together at the end of the night.
