Explore the calming power of scent in the Mental Wellness Chakra Series, an essential oil blending workshop by Mount Sapola as part of Beyond the Label Fest. Scent has a quiet way of shifting how we feel, and this hands-on session is a chance to slow down, engage your sense of smell and discover how small, intentional rituals can support your mental wellbeing.
You will be introduced to the idea of chakras and their connection to aromatherapy, get to know a selection of essential oils and their individual characteristics, then learn the basic principles of combining them into a balanced blend. By the end, you will have created your very own chakra-inspired essential oil blend to take home.
This workshop is only open to participants aged 18 and above.
