Welcome to Mental Mondays! NAMI Baltimore is excited to offer a fun and safe space where individuals can connect and learn about various wellness practices, from yoga, to art, to meditation and everything in between. We recognize the importance of taking care of our mental health, and we want to create a community where people feel supported and empowered.
Every 1st and 3rd Monday at the Bon Secours Resource Center, we will get together over light refreshments to do different activities designed to calm your mind, or bring in subject matter experts for discussions about various mental health topics. Our goal is to practical tips and strategies that attendees can use to improve their mental health and well-being.
