About this Event
We often spend a lot of time thinking about what we want to achieve, improve, or get done. Often, we find ourselves in autopilot running from one task to the next. This workshop offers a chance to pause and look at things from a slightly different perspective:
What is actually important to me, and how do I want that to show up in my everyday life?
In this small-group session, we step back from goals, expectations, and endless to-do lists to explore what genuinely matters to you. Drawing on psychological approaches such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), we’ll use guided reflection, an imagination exercise, and values-based activities to guide through the process.
We are excited to spent a wholesome afternoon with you at Osmos ✨
Event Details:

- Group size: Small group, up to 10 people
- Language: English
- Location: Ōsmos Studio, Neukölln
Hosts:
This event is hosted by clinical psychologists Florence & Julia from FRAME Psychology.
At FRAME Psychology we believe psychology has something valuable to offer far beyond the therapy room. Our work is about bringing psychological science into the places where life actually happens - into our everyday lives, our relationships, our work and the decisions we make. We explore what helps people understand themselves, navigate challenges, develop sustainably and live well.
Disclaimer:
No previous psychology knowledge is required. This is not therapy, and you don’t need to come with a specific problem or goal. It’s simply an invitation to step out of the constant pressure to do more and do better, and reconnect with how you actually want to live.
The organizer may cancel the event at short notice, in particular if the minimum number of participants is not reached. In this case, all tickets already booked will be refunded. The refund covers the ticket price minus Eventbrite’s booking fee.
