Adult Mental Health First Aid will train individuals on how to identify when someone around them may be experiencing a mental health challenge or crisis, and equip them with the tools to respond appropriately in such situations. This is an 8 hour course with 2 hours of pre-work and two 3-hour in person sessions.Art materials provided. Food and Drink Welcome. Spots are limited.
