Mental Health First Aid

Join us for two special days dedicated to mental health awareness, education, and community support. This event offers participants an opportunity to learn valuable skills, connect with others, and better understand how to support individuals experiencing mental health challenges.

What to Expect

• A welcoming and supportive environment where participants can learn, share, and connect.
• Mental Health First Aid training led by Jocelyn LeBron of the Healthcare Education Project.
• Practical information about recognizing mental health and substance use challenges, responding to crises, and connecting people with appropriate resources.
• An inspirational poetry presentation by Alberto Peligro.
• A certificate upon successful completion of the required training.

Food and Beverages

Sapoara Restaurant & Bar offers a menu of food and beverages available for purchase during the event. Guests are welcome to order from the restaurant's menu at their own expense. Food and beverages are not included with event registration.
