About this Event
October 29, 2026 · Starting at 5:30 PM ET
Be Heard Psychotherapy · Boston, MA
The things that haunt us aren’t always monsters.
Sometimes they’re the thoughts we carry, the expectations we put on ourselves, and the ways we try to cope.
This Halloween, Be Heard Psychotherapy invites you to a different kind of Open House, an immersive evening exploring some of the things that can quietly haunt our mental health.
Step inside our Mental Health Doesn't Have To Be Spooky event and explore four themed rooms, each focused on a different experience:
🕯️ The Curse of People Pleasing
When keeping everyone happy comes at your expense.
🪞 The Mirror That Never Says “Enough”
When good enough never feels good enough.
👻 The Ghost of Disconnection
When you can feel alone, even when you’re not.
🌀 The Anxiety Maze
When your thoughts keep leading you in circles.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
This isn’t a therapy session and it’s not your typical Halloween party.
Each room will invite you to:
LEARN something about your mental health
DO something practical and interactive
TAKE something meaningful with you
Come explore, connect, learn something new, meet the Be Heard team, and spend an evening making mental health feel a little lighter, a little more human, and a lot less spooky.
Save the date. More details coming soon.
