Join the staff team at Healthy Minds Cooperative for our bi-weekly peer support group, held every second Wednesday. This is a casual, welcoming space to talk about mental well-being, connect with others, and know you’re not alone.
You are welcome to speak about your own experiences, simply listen, or just be present — there is no pressure to share.
Together, we work to reduce stigma, build understanding, and strengthen well-being.
